The Report List displays the details of the reports stored in the Stratsol server database for the selected merchant(s). This list is loaded (and reloaded) from the server using the option <Report List> from the <Reports> menu. This list includes high level details of the merchant’s available reports in the form of a 4-column table. The list can be mouse scrolled within the table or by using the scroll bar on the right of the table. Searching and Sorting the Report List Users can search the contents of the Report List using the <Report Search> box; entering any characters in the search box will change the contents of the Report List to only show report details which include the entered characters. The Report List can be sorted by any of the columns by clicking on that column’s header, for example selecting <Report Name> from the header will sort the list by report name in ascending or descending order. The sort direction is shown by an arrow to the right of the relevant column header and can be reversed by clicking on that header. The number of reports which conform to the search criteria is displayed at the bottom left of the Report List, as is the total number of reports in the list. Closing the Report List Close the Report List by choosing the <X> option at the top right of the list, this option closes the Report List; but does not delete the data loaded from the server. To reload the Report List using the most up to date data from the server, choose the <Load> option from the Report List page. |
