Users of the WASP Portal have different privileges on the portal depending on the rights and the role allocated to them at user creation. Merchant Users A Merchant User is able to login to the portal and view the merchant details using the Merchant Management functions described above. Merchant Users can also perform the majority of Client and Transaction Management functions described below. However, Merchant Users are not permitted to Manage Users (the functions described in this section) or to create new merchants. Merchant Users will only be presented with those options to which they are permitted access; however, should a Merchant User attempt a function for which they do not have sufficient access rights, a Warning message will be displayed. Admin Users Admin Users generally have the capability to perform all the functions available to manage merchants, users, clients and transactions described in this document. However, these functions are limited to managing the users, clients and transactions associated with specific merchants, not all the merchants enabled on the Stratsol server. The merchants which an Admin User has rights to manage are those included in the Merchant List described above. Admin Users will only be presented with those options to which they are permitted access; however, should an Admin User attempt a function for which they do not have sufficient access rights, a Warning message will be displayed. |
