Users can load the various lists by clicking on the relevant option from the main menu bar at the top of the page. For example, choosing the menu item <Merchant List> from the <Merchants> menu will display the merchant list. This applies to all the lists, which can be accessed using the specific relevant menu item. As all the data which is used to populate the lists is stored on the Stratsol server, choosing to load a list will result in the data for the list being loaded from the server. This may take up to a minute depending on traffic to the server, in the meantime a status information text box is displayed which is automatically closed once the relevant list is created. Users manage the data in the Merchant, User, Client, Report and Transaction Lists through various Forms as described below. Note that there will only be one list or form displayed on the screen at any time. |
